Minecraft is a sandbox video game originally created by Swedish game custom made Markus "Notch" Persson, and developed and posted by Mojang later. The creative and building aspects of Minecraft allow players to create constructions out of textured cubes in a 3D procedurally produced world. Other activities in the overall game include exploration, resource gathering, crafting, and combat.
